Angels In Action - Put Wings On An Angel

Perhaps it was a staff member, volunteer, nurse, doctor, x-ray or lab technician who made a difference during your care at the Cobequid Community Health Centre.

The Angels In Action program allows grateful patients to support the Cobequid Centre while paying tribute to someone who has made a difference during their care.

Say thank you by making a donation to support the Cobequid Centre while honouring someone special.  Your Angel In Action will recieve a unique pin recognizing their work.

Staff can also honour colleagues who are doing great work.  You can help promote this program by letting grateful patients, their loved ones and other employess know about Angels In Action.

The Gift of Light Tree Ceremony will be held Tuesday, December 8th and is going to be a great night for all! The evening will consist of music provided by the ScotianAires and a presentation to pay tribute to those who made a difference in our lives.  We would like to thank RBC Bedford and Lower Sackville branches for sponsoring this event four years in a row. We truly appreciate RBC's ongoing support.

The total amount raised from the 2014 Gift of Light Tree Lighting, basket raffle and online auction was $5,716.86! All funds raised will supported the purchase of a digital registration kiost for the Cobequid Community Health Centre. The self registration kiosk will reduce wait times for patients having routine and ongoing care at the Cobequid Community Health Centre.
